JOB SUMMARY:

Equinoxe is a premium boutique alternative investment fund administration service provider founded in 2007 by experienced hedge fund administration professionals. The Company is headquartered in Bermuda, with offices in Bermuda, Ireland (Dublin and Sligo), Atlanta, Mauritius, Malta, and Singapore.

From our Ebene office in Mauritius, the Account Manager – Investor Services will help to support the Global Operations teams by processing investor-related transactions in accordance with agreements to ensure integrity, accuracy and the highest level of customer service.

Please note this is not a management or supervisory role.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Process all investor related transactions: subscriptions, redemptions and transfers;
  • Execute wire transfers;
  • Review all transaction agreements;
  • Verify all investors to ensure their eligibility to invest and also comply with anti-money laundering requirements;
  • Maintain all electronic and physical investor records;
  • Appropriately handle fund manager and investor inquiries;
  • Perform cash and position reconciliations;
  • Assist with various projects as necessary.

MEASURES OF SUCCESS:

  • All transactions are booked correctly in accordance with fund offering documents
  • Processing error issues resolved in a timely manner
  • Strong client and vendor relationships
  • Accurate response to and completion of ad hoc requests

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • A university degree is preferred with/or a minimum of two years’ industry experience
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Computer proficiency with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products
  • Ability to work in small teams and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and clients in a fast paced office with continually changing demands
  • Willingness to work extended hours and some public holidays as may be required
